I just wanted to tell you how AWESOME!!!!! your recital was.  People are STILL talking about it and coming up to me and telling me how much they enjoyed it.  Musically everything was so beautifully played, but your performance style was PERFECT for the audience we had.  You really seemed to play off of them.  I am sure that we will have you back for a return performance in the future.    —Anthony Celentano, First Presbyterian Church of Succasunna (NJ)

A talented and dedicated performer, playing the most demanding and rapid tunes with a tone quality that is clear, bell-like and truly musical…a true musical talent….  –Sierra Vista (AZ) Herald

An artist of the highest caliber.  —–Benjamin K. Winkler, founding Artistic Director, Westminster (Colorado) Symphony

Lucille performs with a skill and grace not usually heard (or seen).  She is delightful to listen to and a pleasure to watch, and can charm audiences of all ages. — —June Van Thoen, Director, Abendmusik, Music at Morristown (NJ) United Methodist Church

Concert performances run the gamut: intimate house concerts, half-hour lunchtime concerts (usually offered by churches but corporations often schedule them for employees, too), folk-club performances, full evening recitals on various concert series, and appearances with orchestra.  Plus, have dulcimer and autoharps, will travel.

All concerts feature both hammered dulcimer and diatonic autoharp, and are varied in pace, key and musical styles.  I will be happy to email a typeset program to you in advance, as needed.  Printed program or no, I always chat with the audience some to bring them in close, as well as to introduce the instruments and how they’re played.

Finally, I am fine about playing acoustically, a situation that works in most spaces.  If the performance site is decidedly quite large, the hall’s sound system will surely provide a good boost.
